Public Invoice View
When you send an invoice or share a public invoice link, your customer opens an interactive payment portal:
- Invoice Details — Displays itemized charges, discounts, taxes, and total balance due.
- Online Payment — Pay directly via credit card, debit card, or supported payment gateways.
- PDF Download — Download an official PDF invoice for accounting records.
Interactive Quotation Proposals
Share quote links directly with prospects for interactive review:
- Proposal Review — Prospects review pricing breakdowns, project scopes, and terms.
- One-Click Acceptance — Prospects can accept or decline the proposal directly online.
- Instant Notification — Your sales team is notified immediately when a proposal is accepted.
Payment Receipts & Confirmation
Upon payment completion, customers are presented with immediate proof of payment:
- Displays payment timestamp, payment method, amount paid, and zero balance confirmation.
- Option to download an official payment receipt.
