Qyri provides financial reports to help you understand revenue, expenses, and overall business health.

Available Reports

Sales Report

Navigate to Reports > Sales to see:

• Total revenue by period
• Revenue by customer
• Invoice aging (outstanding amounts by age)
• Payment collection trends

Expense Report

Navigate to Reports > Expenses to see:

• Total expenses by period
• Expenses by category
• Vendor spending breakdown
• Month-over-month expense trends

Financial Statements

Navigate to Accounting > Financial Statements to generate:

• Profit & Loss — Revenue minus expenses for a given period.
• Balance Sheet — Snapshot of assets, liabilities, and equity.
• Cash Flow — How cash moves in and out of your business.

Forecast

Navigate to Reports > Forecast to see:

• Revenue projections based on pipeline deals
• Expected cash inflows from outstanding invoices
• Projected expenses from recurring bills

Filtering Reports

All reports support:

• Date range — Select a custom period or use presets (this month, this quarter, this year).
• Comparison — Compare with a previous period to spot trends.
• Export — Download reports as PDF or CSV for sharing.
