Core Concepts
- Deals — Represent potential sales or opportunities. Each deal moves through pipeline stages from first contact to closed-won.
- Contacts — Individual people you do business with. Linked to deals, companies, invoices, and quotes.
- Companies — Organizations that your contacts belong to. Track company-level relationships and history.
- Pipelines — Visual Kanban workflows with stages that map your sales process. Create multiple pipelines for different sales motions.
How It Works
- Create a Pipeline — Define stages that represent your sales process (e.g. Lead → Qualified → Proposal → Closed).
- Add Deals — Create a deal for each opportunity and move it through the pipeline as it progresses.
- Link Contacts & Companies — Attach contacts and companies to deals to keep full relationship history.
- Track Activity — Log notes, calls, and meetings against deals and contacts.

Tips
