Getting Started

Set up your Qyri account and get your business running in minutes.

Qyri works best in a modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge). No desktop app or installation required.

Creating Your Account

Sign up

Visit qyriwise.com and click Sign Up. Enter your email address and create a password.

Verify your email

Check your inbox for a verification email from Qyri and click the link to activate your account.

Set up your organization

Enter your business name, address, currency, and logo. This information appears on your invoices and quotes.

Choose a plan

Select the plan that fits your team size and needs. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.

Invite your team

Add team members by email. They'll receive an invitation to join your organization.

Navigating the Dashboard

Once setup is complete, you'll land on the Dashboard — your central hub for business activity.

The sidebar navigation is organized into modules:

  • Dashboard — Overview of key metrics and recent activity
  • Sales — Invoices, recurring invoices, credit notes, quotes, and products
  • CRM — Deals, contacts, companies, and pipelines
  • Purchases — Purchase orders, bills, and vendors
  • Accounting — Transactions, chart of accounts, and reports
  • Settings — Account permissions, team management, customization, email, and notifications

User Roles

Adminrole

Full access to all modules including accounting, settings, and billing. Can invite and remove users.

Memberrole

Access to sales, CRM, and purchases. Cannot access accounting settings or manage users.
