The Sales module handles everything related to billing your customers — from creating quotes and invoices to managing recurring billing and credit notes.

How It Works

  1. Create a Quote — Draft a quote for a customer and send it for approval.
  2. Convert to Invoice — Once accepted, convert the quote into an invoice in one click.
  3. Collect Payment — Mark invoices as paid when payment is received. Track outstanding balances.
  4. Issue Credit Notes — If you need to reverse or partially refund an invoice, create a credit note.
  5. Set Up Recurring Billing — For subscriptions or retainers, automate invoice generation on a schedule.

Tips

  • Link invoices and quotes to a Contact or Company in the CRM for a complete customer history.
  • Use Products & Services to build a catalog so line items auto-fill with descriptions and prices.
  • Recurring invoices can be paused or cancelled at any time from the recurring invoices list.
