How It Works
- Create a Quote — Draft a quote for a customer and send it for approval.
- Convert to Invoice — Once accepted, convert the quote into an invoice in one click.
- Collect Payment — Mark invoices as paid when payment is received. Track outstanding balances.
- Issue Credit Notes — If you need to reverse or partially refund an invoice, create a credit note.
- Set Up Recurring Billing — For subscriptions or retainers, automate invoice generation on a schedule.

Invoice Statuses
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Draft | Not yet sent to the customer |
| Sent | Delivered to the customer, awaiting payment |
| Paid | Payment received and recorded |
| Overdue | Past due date with no payment recorded |
| Voided | Cancelled invoice |
Tips
- Link invoices and quotes to a Contact or Company in the CRM for a complete customer history.
- Use Products & Services to build a catalog so line items auto-fill with descriptions and prices.
- Recurring invoices can be paused or cancelled at any time from the recurring invoices list.
