Products & Services

The Products & Services module lets you maintain a catalog of everything you sell, with pricing, descriptions, and inventory tracking.

Adding a Product

1. Navigate to Sales > Products & Services.
2. Click New Product.
3. Fill in the details:
   • Name — Product or service name.
   • Description — A brief description.
   • Price — Default selling price.
   • Unit — Unit of measure (e.g., each, hour, kg).
   • Tax rate — Default tax rate applied when this product is added to an invoice.
   • Type — Product (physical item) or Service.

Using Products in Invoices & Quotes

When adding line items to an invoice or quote, you can select from your product catalog. The name, description, and price are auto-populated, saving you time and ensuring consistency.

Inventory Tracking

For physical products, Qyri provides basic inventory tracking:

• Current stock — View available quantity.
• Stock history — Track stock changes over time.
• Low stock alerts — Get notified when stock falls below a threshold.

Navigate to Products > Inventory for a dedicated inventory view.

Click on a product to see its full details, including:

• Pricing history
• Associated invoices and quotes
• Stock levels and movement history
