Quotes
Create and send quotes to your prospects and customers.
Quotes let you provide pricing proposals to customers before committing to an invoice. Once accepted, a quote can be converted directly into an invoice.
Creating a Quote
- Navigate to Sales > Quotes.
- Click New Quote.
- Fill in the details:
- Customer — The contact or company receiving the quote.
- Quote date — Date of the quote.
- Expiry date — When the quote expires.
- Line items — Products or services with pricing.
- Notes — Terms, conditions, or additional context.
Quote Workflow
- Create the quote in draft status.
- Send it to the customer for review.
- The customer accepts or declines the quote.
- On acceptance, convert to invoice with one click.
Converting to Invoice
When a quote is accepted:
- Open the quote.
- Click Convert to Invoice.
- Review the pre-filled invoice details.
- Save and send the invoice.
All line items, customer details, and pricing carry over automatically.
Managing Quotes
From the quotes list, you can:
- Filter by status (Draft, Sent, Accepted, Declined, Expired).
- Search by customer name or quote number.
- Duplicate a quote to create a similar one quickly.
