Team Management

Invite team members, assign roles, and manage permissions in Qyri.

Roles & Permissions

Qyri supports two primary roles:

RoleDescription
OwnerFull access to all modules, billing, and organization settings.
AdminAccess to all modules including accounting and settings. Can manage team members.
MemberAccess to sales, CRM, and purchases. Cannot access accounting or organization settings.

Inviting Users

  1. Go to Settings > Users.
  2. Click Invite User.
  3. Enter the email address and select a role.
  4. The invitee will receive an email with a link to accept the invitation.

If the invitee doesn't already have a Qyri account, they'll be prompted to create one during the acceptance flow.

Managing Existing Members

From the Users settings page, you can:

  • Change roles — Update a member's role at any time.
  • Remove members — Revoke access for users who no longer need it.

Account & Permissions

Navigate to Settings > Account & Permissions to manage:

  • Organization profile (name, address, logo)
  • Default currency and date format
  • Permission settings for your team
