Billing

Manage plans, subscription changes, payment methods, billing history, and invoice access for your Qyri workspace.

The Billing area gives admins one place to manage your Qyri subscription, payment details, and billing records.

What You Can Do

  • Review your current plan, renewal cycle, and included limits.
  • Upgrade or downgrade when your team or usage changes.
  • Update the card or payment method used for renewals.
  • Download billing invoices and review past charges.
  • Track who can manage billing inside your workspace.

Billing Access

Adminrole

Can change plans, update payment methods, and download billing invoices.

Memberrole

Can use the workspace but cannot manage subscription or payment settings.

Common Billing Tasks

Open billing settings

Go to your workspace settings and open the Billing section.

Review your plan

Confirm your current plan, billing frequency, next renewal date, and any active trial or credits.

Make changes

Update your payment method, switch plans, or review charge history as needed.

Save and confirm

Verify the change summary before confirming so your team understands when updates take effect.

Billing Best Practices

  • Keep at least one admin responsible for billing so renewals and payment issues are resolved quickly.
  • Update your billing details before a card expires to avoid interrupted service.
  • Review invoice history monthly to reconcile subscription costs with accounting records.
  • If you change plans mid-cycle, confirm whether the update applies immediately or at the next renewal.
