Configure your Qyri organization — customization, email, and notifications.
Customization
Navigate to Settings > Customization to personalize Qyri for your business:
- Invoice numbering — Set prefix and starting number for invoices, quotes, and credit notes.
- Default payment terms — Configure default due dates for invoices.
- Currency — Set your organization's base currency.
Email Configuration
Under Settings > Email, configure how Qyri sends emails on your behalf:
- Sender name — The display name recipients see.
- Reply-to address — Where replies to automated emails are directed.
- Email templates — Customize the content of invoice, quote, and reminder emails.
Notifications
Go to Settings > Notifications to control what triggers notifications:
- New invoice payments
- Deal stage changes
- Task assignments and due dates
- Team member activity
- Overdue invoice reminders
You can choose to receive notifications in-app, by email, or both.
