Contacts

Manage individual contacts and their relationships to deals, companies, and invoices.

Contacts represent the people you interact with in your business. Each contact can be linked to companies, deals, invoices, quotes, and more.

Creating a Contact

  1. Navigate to CRM > Contacts.
  2. Click New Contact.
  3. Fill in the details:
    • Name — First and last name.
    • Email — Primary email address.
    • Phone — Phone number.
    • Company — The company they belong to.
    • Job Title — Their role or position.

Contact Detail View

Click on a contact to see their full profile, organized into tabs:

  • Overview — Summary of contact details, recent activity, and key information.
  • Notes — Add and view notes about interactions.
  • Tasks — Create tasks related to this contact.
  • Deals — View all deals associated with this contact.
  • Emails — Track email correspondence.
  • Invoices — View invoices linked to this contact.
  • Quotes — View quotes sent to this contact.
  • Report — Activity summary and engagement metrics.

Linking Contacts

Contacts can be linked to:

  • Companies — A contact belongs to one or more companies.
  • Deals — Associate contacts with active deals.
  • Invoices & Quotes — Automatically linked when you create invoices or quotes for a contact.

Importing Contacts

You can bulk import contacts from a CSV file. Navigate to the contacts list and use the import option to upload your file. Map the columns to Qyri fields and review before confirming.
