Deals

Track your sales opportunities through customizable pipeline stages.

Deals represent potential revenue opportunities in your sales process. Each deal is associated with a pipeline and progresses through stages as it moves toward closing.

Creating a Deal

  1. Navigate to CRM > Deals.
  2. Click New Deal.
  3. Fill in the deal details:
    • Title — A descriptive name for the deal.
    • Value — The expected revenue amount.
    • Pipeline — Which pipeline this deal belongs to.
    • Stage — The current stage within the pipeline.
    • Priority — Low, Medium, High, or Urgent.
    • Contact — The primary contact for this deal.
    • Company — The associated company.
    • Expected close date — When you expect the deal to close.

The Deal Board

The default view shows deals as cards on a Kanban board, organized by pipeline stage. You can:

  • Drag and drop cards between stages to update their status.
  • Click a card to open the deal drawer with full details.
  • Sort cards by priority — deals are sorted by priority within each stage.

Deal Drawer

Clicking a deal opens a detailed side drawer where you can:

  • Edit deal fields — Title, value, priority, dates, and custom fields auto-save on blur.
  • View stage progress — Click on stages in the progress bar to move the deal.
  • Add notes — Keep a running log of conversations and updates.
  • Manage tasks — Create and track to-dos associated with the deal.
  • Attach files — Upload documents, proposals, and contracts.
  • Link products — Associate products or services with line items and quantities.
